I’m a writer of science fiction and fantasy, and other odd things.
A native of Milwaukee, I now live in Portland, Maine, with my wife, a couple of cats, and a large number of books.

Nonfictionwise, I’ve written quite a few reviews for The Rain Taxi Review of Books, although my reviewing has been pretty sparse lately.
